摘　　要：产业发展对人才需求的不断攀升为高等教育带来了机遇和挑战。高校专业课程设置和人才培养模式必须适应产业需求,充分发挥学校、企业和学生三方的主观能动性。通过以山西农业大学葡萄与葡萄酒工程专业人才培养模式为例,分析“产教研融合、院团社合一”的可行性、必要性和作用,探讨校企合作并建立“产教研、院团社”的全方位、多层次的人才培养模式,推动专业人才培养与产业升级发展对人才需求的有效对接,对实现人才精准培养、提升高校办学质量,具有十分重要的意义。The increasing demand for talents in industrial development has brought opportunities and challenges to higher education.The curriculum setting and talent training mode of colleges and universities must adapt to the needs of the industry and give full play to the subjective initiative of schools,enterprises and students.Taking talent training mode of viticulture and enology in Shanxi Agricultural University as an example,we analyze the feasibility,necessity and function of“integration of industry,teaching and research,unity of college,group and community”,and the all-round,multi-level talent training model of“industry,teaching and research,college,group and community”based on university-enterprise cooperation is researched.This mode can promote the effective docking of professional talent training and industrial development,and it is of great significance to realize the accurate training of talents and improve the quality of higher education.
