互动式体验教学法在“中医内科学”教学探究——以阳痿病为例

摘　　要：“中医内科学”是一门连接课堂教育与临床实际的综合性课程,是所有中医基础课程的总结,是临床实习前的实践课程。将互动式体验教学法应用在“中医内科学”临床教学中,学生在教师的指导下全程参与课堂教学和实践教学,参与编写中医内科情景病案脚本,分别体验患者、医生两种不同的角色,以学生为主角,充分调动学生学习的积极性。以阳痿病为例,详细介绍了该教学法在“中医内科学”的实践应用过程。实践表明,互动式体验教学法在“中医内科学”教学中,可以激发学生的学习热情,按照门诊病例、住院病例的操作步骤减少了失误,增强了与患者沟通的技巧,培养了学生的中医思维能力。Internal Science of Traditional Chinese Medicine is a comprehensive course connecting classroom education and clinical practice.It is a summary of all basic TCM courses,as well as practical courses before clinical practice,which pays attention to cultivating students’thinking ability of TCM.The interactive experience teaching method is applied to the clinical teaching of Internal Science of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Under the guidance of teachers,students participate in the whole process of classroom teaching and practical teaching,participate in the preparation of situational medical record scripts,and experience two different roles of patients and doctors respectively,which can take students as the main role to fully mobilize students’enthusiasm for learning.Taking the case of impotence as an example,the practical application of this teaching method in Internal Science of Traditional Chinese Medicine is introduced in detail.Practice shows that the interactive experience teaching method can stimulate students’learning enthusiasm,reduce mistakes according to the operation steps of outpatient cases and inpatient cases,enhance the skills of communicating with patients,and cultivate students’thinking ability of traditional Chinese medicine.
