摘　　要：Intranasal sufentanil combined with intranasal dexmedetomidine exhibited an estimated sedation success probability as high as 94.9%,higher satisfaction scores,and only minor adverse events during endoscopic ultrasonography(EUS).This is a promising method for EUS sedation that does not require the presence of an anesthesiologist.
