摘 要:植物对二氧化硫(SO_(2))和铅(Pb)等大气污染物具有很强的吸收净化能力,筛选污染抗性强的植物是持续稳定发挥吸污能力的基础和前提。文章采用方差分析、多重比较分析、相关性分析和主成分分析等方法,对比了污染区和非污染区法桐叶片10项指标的变化规律,明确了植物抗性能力评定的参考值范围。结果表明:除叶液酸碱度外,污染区与非污染区各指标存在极显著差异;大气SO_(2)-Pb复合污染胁迫下,法桐通过自身抗逆调节,生成较多的可溶性糖SS,调节叶液酸碱度,抗坏血酸过氧化物酶活性升高,清除体内的活性氧,促进植物对SO_(2)和Pb的吸收;主成分得分101.60可以作为相似污染地区植物抗性能力相同指标的评定参考值,主成分得分>101.60的植物,其抗性能力较强。Plants have a strong ability of absorbing and purifying air pollutants such as SO_(2) and Pb.Screening plants with strong pollution resistance is the basis and premise of continuously and stably exerting their ability to absorb pollution.The paper uses a variety of analysis methods such as variance analysis,multiple comparison analysis,correlation analysis and principal component analysis.The change rules of 10 indicators of the leaves in the polluted area and the non-polluted area were analyzed and compared,and the reference value range for the evaluation of plant resistance ability was clarified.The results show that except for the pH,there are extremely significant differences in the indicators between the polluted area and the non-polluted area;under the stress of SO_(2)-Pb compound pollution in the atmosphere,through self-resistance regulation,Platanus orientalis produces more soluble sugar to adjust the pH,and the activity of ascorbate peroxidase is increased to remove reactive oxygen species in plants,promoting the absorption of SO_(2) and Pb by plants.The principal component score of 101.60 can be used as a reference value for evaluating the resistance of plants with the same indicator in similar polluted areas.Plants with a principal component score greater than 101.60 have stronger resistance.
