酱香型白酒废水污泥的特点及资源化利用的可行性研究

摘　　要：白酒产业是我国的传统产业,在贵州省经济建设和发展中起着举足轻重的作用。根据贵州省统计局公布的数据显示酒、饮料和精制茶制造业拉动规模以上工业增长6.9%,对规模以上工业增长的贡献率超过一半。以茅台、习酒等酱香型白酒为例,污泥产量约为废水量的0.5%,产量极大,处置困难,容易造成生态环境破坏和二次污染。目前的污泥处置主要有填埋、焚烧等传统污泥处理方法,不仅污染环境而且消耗大量能源。进行污泥的特征分析,探索多元化的污泥资源综合利用方法迫在眉睫。Baijiu is a traditional industry in China,and plays a decisive role in the economic development of Guizhou Province.Take Maotai,Xijiu and other Jiangxiang Baijiu enterprises as an example,the amount of pollution produced and discharged is large.The output of sludge is about 0.5%of the amount of wastewater,and the sludge can easily cause environmental damage and secondary pollution.At present,sludge disposal methods mainly include landfill,incineration and other traditional treatment methods,which not only pollute the environment,but also consume a lot of energy.Therefore,it is urgent to analyze the characteristics of sludge and explore diversified and comprehensive utilization methods of sludge resources.
