摘  要:以某轻型商用车设计开发阶段动力总成悬置系统的隔振优化问题作为研究对象,充分利用该动力总成悬置系统的基本特征,通过建立ADAMS仿真计算模型,掌握悬置系统的固有特性,并且获知系统y向与z向、x向与γ向的频率间隔太小,存在重叠趋势,在y-α-γ方向存在较为明显的耦合振动。为了通过优化改善系统隔振性能,针对原状态下的悬置系统,研究了悬置刚度和悬置位置对系统隔振特性的影响规律。结果表明:左右悬置的侧向刚度对y-α-γ方向的耦合影响较大;在一定范围内,前后悬置位置的靠拢可以显著提高系统的解耦度。依据系统隔振特性的影响规律,结合车型开发的现实条件,对悬置刚度和悬置位置进行了优化分析。优化后悬置系统固有频率间隔增大、各向解耦度显著提高,很好改善了原状态下存在的耦合现象。最后,计算悬置系统的振动响应特性曲线,发现优化后各悬置点的振动响应幅值总体下降,系统的隔振性能得到显著提高。The vibration isolation optimization problem of the powertrain mounting system in the design and development stage of a light commercial vehicle is studied.Using the basic characteristics of the powertrain mounting system and establishing the ADAMS simulation calculation model,the inherent characteristics of the mounting system are analyzed.It is known that the frequency intervals between the y-direction and the z-direction,the x-direction and theγ-direction is so small that there exists an obvious coupling vibration in the y-α-γdirections.In order to optimize and improve the vibration isolation performance of the system,the influence law of the mounting stiffness and the mounting position on the vibration isolation characteristics of the system is studied for the mounting system in the original state.The results show that the lateral stiffness of the left and right mountings has a great influence on the coupling in the y-α-γdirections.Within a certain range,the closeness of the front and rear mounting positions can significantly improve the decoupling degree of the system.According to the influence law of system vibration isolation characteristics,combined with the realistic conditions of vehicle model development,the mounting stiffness and mounting position are optimized.After the optimization,the natural frequency interval of the mounting system is increased,and the decoupling degree of each direction is significantly raised,and the coupling phenomenon in the original state is improved.Finally,the vibration response characteristic curve of the mounting system is calculated.It is found that after the optimization,the vibration response amplitude of each mounting point decreases generally,which significantly improves the vibration isolation performance of the system.
