创新团队建设对科研合作行为的影响研究  

A Study on the Influence of Innovation Research Teams Building on Scholars’ Research Collaboration Behaviors

摘　　要：文章以入选2016年教育部创新团队发展计划的73位带头人为研究对象,采用文献计量分析等方法,分析其入选前后在科研合作行为与合作绩效等方面的变化特征。研究发现,入选创新团队后,团队带头人的科研合作程度、合作绩效产出、稳定合作者数量等均产生显著正向变化,其与稳定合作者的合著论文质量也优于其他论文,创新团队建设对学者科研合作行为存在正向影响,但合作规模存在学科差异。同时,科研合作中也存在国际科技合作占比少、高影响力成果偏少等问题。在此基础上,提出强化创新团队建设持续性、突出政策设计的差异化、鼓励打造开放式团队、注重考察团队带头人学术领导力等对策建议。This study takes 73 leaders as the research object, who were selected into the innovation team development plan of the Ministry of Education in 2016, and uses bibliometrics and other methods to analyze the change characteristics of scientific research cooperation behavior and cooperation performance before and after their selection. The study found that after being selected into the innovation team, the degree of scientific research cooperation, the performance of cooperation and the number of stable partners of the team leader have significant positive changes, and the quality of the co-authored papers with stable partners is also better than other papers. The construction of innovation team has a positive impact on the scientific research cooperation behavior of scholars, but there are discipline differences in the scale of cooperation. At the same time, there are also some problems in scientific research cooperation, such as the small proportion of international scientific and technological cooperation and the lack of high-impact results. On this basis, it puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to strengthen the sustainability of innovation team construction, highlight the differentiation of policy design, encourage the creation of open team, and pay attention to investigating the academic leadership of team leaders.
