摘 要:目的探索中学生含糖饮料购买行为发生时的含糖饮料饮用行为后果感知情况及其影响因素。方法选取富顺县两所城区中学的在校中学生作为调查对象,于2018年采取分层整群抽样的方式抽取调查对象,自行设计调查问卷对调查对象进行含糖饮料饮用的现状调查,然后采用方便抽样的方式对刚完成含糖饮料购买的中学生进行生态瞬时评估,采用R version 3.6.1.进行数据清理和统计分析,采用多水平Logistic回归模型进行统计推断。结果317名有效样本中,有256人(80.76%)在当次购买含糖饮料时,并未考虑过含糖饮料饮用后的任何危害。Logistic回归显示含糖饮料购买时的选购时间(OR:1.00,95%CI:1.00~1.01),以及所购买的含糖饮料种类(OR:4.70,95%CI:1.39~15.94)与其是否思考含糖饮料危害有显著关联;而静态下对含糖饮料饮用后的益处感知(OR:1.05,95%CI:0.97~1.13)及危害感知(OR:0.99,95%CI:0.86~1.14)与其在购买含糖饮料时是否思考饮用后危害并无显著关联。结论中学生在购买含糖饮料时存在对含糖饮料饮用危害感知的缺失,其影响因素与中学生所处即时情形和环境有关,而与他们本身已有的行为后果感知和自我控制能力无关。Objective To explore the perception of behavior consequences and influencing factors among adolescents when the consumption behavior of sugary beverages occurs.Methods The middle school students were selected as the survey subjects from two urban middle schools of Fushun county.In 2018,the survey subjects were selected by stratified cluster sampling method,and a self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate the current status of sugary beverage consumption of the survey subjects,then convenient sampling method was used to conduct ecological momentary assessment of middle school students who had just completed the purchase of sugary beverages,R version 3.6.1.was used for data cleaning and statistical analysis,and the Multivariate Logistic regression model was used for statistical inference.Results Among the 317 valid samples,about 256(80.76%)middle school students did not consider any harm of sugary beverage drinking when they complete the purchase of the sugary beverage.The results of the logistic regression model showed that the purchase time(OR:1.00,95%CI:1.00~1.01)and the type of sugary drinks(OR:4.70,95%CI:1.39~15.94)were significantly related to whether they thought about the harms of sugary drinks;and the perception of drinking benefits(OR:1.05,95%CI:0.97~1.13)and also the perception of drinking harms(OR:0.99,95%CI:0.86~1.14)under static conditions were not significant correlation to whether they thought about the harms of drinking it when buying sugary drinks.Conclusions When adolescents buy sugar-sweetened beverages,there is a lack of perception of the dangers of drinking sugar-sweetened beverages.The influencing factors are related to the immediate situation and environment of the young people and there have nothing to do with their perception of behavioral consequences and self-control.
