摘　　要：法国符号学在当代世界范围内的符号学研究中一直占据重要的位置。文章旨在从各种文化的相互影响之中厘清法国符号学产生、发展的脉络和今后的发展前景,明确说明其前后两个发展时期的研究内容,并对两个时期符号学名称的汉语译名发表自己的看法。French semiotics has always occupied an important position in semiotics research of the contemporary world. The purpose of this paper is to clarify, from the mutual influence of various cultures, the origin, the development and the future prospects of French semiotics, in order to not only explain the two kinds of research contents which have taken shape respectively during the former and the last period, but also to give my own views on the Chinese versions of semiotic names created during the two periods.
