摘 要:知识经济时代公众对“高质量教师”的呼声日益高涨,经济合作与发展组织(OECD)开展的三轮教师教学国际调查(TALIS)引发了各国政府的共同关注。研究基于教师专业形象的理论,从专业性维度、权力维度、视野维度对TALIS 2008-2018调查报告中的教师专业形象进行分析。研究发现:从专业性维度来看,TALIS建构了“终身学习的专业人士”的教师专业形象;从专业权力维度来看,TALIS建构了“有主体价值观与自主权的实践反思者”的教师专业形象;从专业视野维度来看,TALIS建构了“多元、公平、全球”的教师专业形象。而从TALIS三轮测评框架的演变来看,其不断从专业知识、实践、制度三方面强化形象的专业性;从设定的背景来看,TALIS不断将科技、创新、公平等元素渗透进教师的专业形象中,两股力量相互交织形成教师专业形象的整体画像。从文化背景反观,TALIS源自西方社会,所塑造的一系列教师专业形象背后隐藏的是西方话语主导下发达国家的教师专业能力观;从方法反观,TALIS的教师专业形象的建构方法深受教师能力本位的思想的影响;从目的反观,TALIS是全球经济竞争在教师形象的折射,按照全球经济竞争−人才竞争−教师能力竞争的逻辑展开。虽然TALIS的教师专业形象可为我国教师队伍建设提供参考,但是也应意识其存在的局限性,借鉴时当有所取舍。In the era of knowledge economy,there is an ever-growing public demand for"quality teachers".Three international surveys of teachers'teaching and learning(TALIS)conducted by the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development(OECD)have led to a common concern among governments.Based on the theory of teachers'professional image,this study analyzes the professional image of teachers constructed in the TALIS 2008-2018 survey reports in dimensions of professionalism,power,and vision.The study found that TALIS constructs a professional image of teachers as"lifelong learning professionals"on the professionalism dimension,"reflective practitioners with subjective values and autonomy"on the professional power dimension,and"diverse,equitable and global"professional image on the professional vision dimension.The evolution of TALIS's three assessment frameworks shows that it continues to strengthen the professionalism of teachers'professional image in terms of expertise,practice and systems;and in terms of the context in which it is set,TALIS continues to infuse elements of technology,innovation and equity into the professional image of teachers.The two forces intertwine to form an overall portrait of the professional image of TALIS teachers.Reflecting on the cultural context,TALIS has its origins in Western societies.It portrays a range of images of teacher professionalism as a view of teacher professional competence in developed countries dominated by Western discourse.In terms of methodological reflection,the TALIS approach to the construction of a teacher's professional image is strongly influenced by the idea of the competence-based approach of teachers.Reflecting on its purpose,TALIS is a reflection of global economic competition in the image of teachers,following the logic that starts from global economic competition,to competition for talent,to competition for teacher competence.While the TALIS professional image of teachers can provide a reference for the development of our teaching force,it is important to
