摘  要:目的:探讨人类蛋白图谱数据库在《组织学》教学中的应用效果。方法:通过检索人类蛋白数据库,利用细胞特异性标志物定位特定组织中目标细胞,使抽象的细胞更加精确定位。结果:本文以睾丸间质细胞特异标志物INSL3为例,应用人类蛋白图谱数据库检索经过INSL3标记的睾丸间质细胞,达到定位睾丸间质细胞的目的,以区分周围组织中其他类型细胞。结论:人类蛋白图谱数据库有望广泛应用于《组织学》教学中,为定位目的细胞提供良好的范例,使《组织学》中抽象的目的细胞形象化。Objective:To explore the application effect of the human protein atlas database in the teaching of Histology.Method:By searching the human protein database,cell-specific markers were used to locate the target cells in specific tissues,and the abstract cells were more accurately located.Results:In this study,INSL3,a specific marker of Leydig cells,which was used as an example to retrieve Leydig cells labeled with INSL3 by human protein map database,so as to locate Leydig cells and distinguish other types of cells in surrounding tissues.Conclusion:The human protein map database is expected to be widely used in the teaching of Histology,providing a good example for the localization of target cells and visualization of abstract target cells in histology.
