摘 要:从交通强国战略对机械类专业高素质复合型人才的要求入手,分析机械类专业人才培养面临的挑战,探索交通特色机械类专业人才培养新模式:更新“价值引领、方法传授、能力培养”的新交通特色机械类专业人才培养目标;重构思政贯穿的三阶式课程体系;深化“科教+产教”融合的多方协同育人途径,以期为相近学科开展交通强国背景下交通特色专业人才培养模式改革提供一定的参考和借鉴。Starting from the requirements of high-quality compound talents of mechanical specialties in the strategy of building a powerful transportation country, this paper analyzes the talent cultivation challenges of transportation-featured mechanical specialties, and explores a new talent training model. The training objectives of new transportation-featured mechanical specialties have been updated through value guidance, method teaching and ability training. We reconstruct a three-level curriculum system characterized by ideological and political education. Then, we deepen the multi-party collaborative education approach through the integration of teaching,research and industry. This study provides a reference for similar disciplines to implement the reform of talent training mode of transportation specialties under the background of transportation power.
