摘 要:介绍了单台设备的电气系统设计,在单台设备智能化控制的前提下,基于CANopen协议实现多个设备信息互通。通过CANopen总线系统,集中控制管理,设计了多个设备闭环控制,使各设备之间相互闭锁,达到设备精确控制。实际应用结果显示,基于CANopen总线的煤矿多设备协同控制网络系统与常规单机系统相比,达到了减少人工数量,提升安全性和设备工作效率的目的。系统在实际应用过程中,获得用户认可。Explain the design of the electrical system of a single device. Under the premise of intelligent control of a single device, the information intercommunication of multiple devices is realized based on the CANopen protocol, and the centralized control and management are performed. The closed-loop control of multiple devices is carried out through the CANopen bus system, so that each device can be controlled in a closed loop. The equipment is locked with each other to achieve precise control of the equipment. The actual application results show that based on the CANopen bus, the coal mine multiequipment collaborative control network is realized to reduce the number of labor and improve the safety and equipment work efficiency.
