摘　　要：“双一流”建设是当前全国高校的共同使命与目标。建设一流基础学科除了自身学科发展需求,也在全校的“双一流”建设中起着举足轻重的作用,是西部高校加速发展的新机遇,也是基础学科肩负的历史重任。在基础学科建设中,研究生教育既是任务也是手段,高度契合科技创新和高层次人才培养等“双一流”建设的核心目标。针对西部高校基础学科的现状,提出以研究生培养为着力点,充分发挥校院两级对研究生教育的管理功能,实施团队式研究生培养模式、引育并举加强师资队伍建设,在完成高质量人才培养目标的同时形成学科特色,走出自身独特的“一流学科”发展道路。"Double First-Class"construction is the current common mission and objective for all the universities in whole country.The first-class basic discipline construction is not only the demand for discipline itself,but also an important role for the university.It is a new opportunity for high speed development of universities in western China,and it is also a historic responsibility for basic discipline.Under first-class basic discipline construction,postgraduate education is both task and means,which highly fits for the purposes of"Double First-Class"initiative,such as scientific and technical innovation and cultivation of high-level talents.According to the current situation of basic discipline in western China,we propose a new and particular road for development based on postgraduate education,which focus on the management function of school and university,team cultivation,teaching staff construction.
