摘　　要：技术哲学对技术本质的哲学反思与探究为认识与把握EPIP提供了重要的理论诠释工具。从技术范式角度来看,EPIP的本体论基础在于EPIP的筹划性思维特点与技术设计思维相契合,呈现为筹划型、实践性、创新性、社会性四个范式特征。从技术知识的转化与组织的规律看,EPIP的认识论逻辑可以从技术隐性与技术显性知识的特点及其转化机制中的社会化、外部化、组合化、内化四个过程中得到具体解释。从工具化理论视角出发,EPIP的方法论路径呈现在四个层面:工程化映射着“去背景化”与“系统化”的统一;实践性蕴含着“还原论”与“中介化”的融合;创新型反映着“定位化”与“主动性”的整合;项目式呈现着“自主化”与“职业化”的结合。EPIP的本体论基础、认识论逻辑与方法论路径相互统一并内在蕴含着共通的教育承诺。The philosophical reflection and exploration of the essence of technology in philosophy of technology provides an important theoretical interpretation tool for understanding and grasping EPIP.From the perspective of technology paradigm,the ontological basis of EPIP is that the planning thinking characteristics of EPIP correspond with the technical design thinking,presenting four paradigms of planning,practicality,innovation and sociality.The epistemological logic of EPIP can be specifically explained from the characteristics of technical tacit and explicit knowledge and the four processes of socialization,externalization,combination and internalization in the transformation mechanism.From the perspective of instrumentalization theory,EPIP methodology path presents four levels:engineering reflects the unity of"de-contextualization"and"systematization";Practicality contains the integration of"reductionism"and"intermediation".Innovation reflects the integration of localization and initiative;A combination of project-style"autonomy"and"vocation".EPIP's ontological basis,epistemological logic,and methodological approach are mutually unified and contain a common educational commitment.
