摘  要:针对目前工艺扰动下炼钢-连铸生产调度计划会随着时间推移和扰动发生逐步积累偏差,不能满足实际生产需要等问题,本文提出了建立以计划内所有炉次的最小完工时间为优化目标的炼钢-连铸重调度模型,并采用改进的遗传编程算法求解该模型。在遗传操作过程中,引入蚁群算法的行为规则和信息素规则以改善遗传编程产生的优秀规则集。以国内某炼钢厂炼钢-连铸生产调度案例进行仿真分析。结果表明,本文提出的模型对实际生产过程的反应程度高,且算法能从求解效率和解的优化效果等方面来高效地解决该问题。In view of the current process disturbance, the production scheduling plan of steelmaking and continuous casting will gradually accumulate deviations over time and disturbances, and cannot meet the actual production needs. This paper proposes to establish a steelmaking-continuous casting re-scheduling model that takes the minimum completion time of all the furnaces in the plan as the optimization goal, and uses an improved genetic programming algorithm to solve the model. In the process of genetic operation, the behavior rules and pheromone rules of ant colony algorithm are introduced to improve the excellent rule set produced by genetic programming. A simulation analysis was carried out based on a steelmaking-continuous casting production scheduling case of a domestic steelmaking plant. The results show that the model proposed in this paper has a high degree of response to the actual production process, and the algorithm can efficiently solve the problem in terms of the efficiency of the solution and the optimization effect of the solution.
