摘　　要：还原《难经》命门学说的构建思路,寻绎其本意,认为:①《难经》“命门”一词借自《黄帝内经》,但在“正名”方法与义意上却又迥然不同。②对《黄帝内经》混集先后天功能于肾脏这一理论缺陷的自觉与补救,乃构建命门学说的初衷。③“以五脏为中心”观念、“功能以实体为依托”观念、未能发现五脏以外的新实体以及“水生万物”哲学命题共同主导了“右肾命门论”的构建,并为肾命之争埋下了种子。④元(原)气根于命门(右肾),但作为“右肾命门论”衍生物的“肾间动气”“其气与肾通”,却又进一步模糊了先天右肾(命门)与后天左肾的畔界。⑤命门为先天之脏,与后天诸脏不同,不存在脏腑表里、经络络属以及与形窍志液时的特定对应关系。指出:以命门为先天、肾为后天,对命门与肾作彻底的剥离,是命门学说重获新生与发展的肯綮所在。To restore the construction idea of vital-gate theory of Classic of Questioning and find out its original meaning, it is believed that:①The word ‘vital-gate’ of Classic of Questioning is borrowed from the Huangdi Neijing, but it is quite different in the method and meaning of ‘nominal rectification’.②Consciousness and remedy of the theoretical defect of the Huangdi Neijing mixed function in kidney is the original intention of constructing the vital-gate theory.③The concept of ‘five viscera as the center’, the concept of ‘function based on entity’, the failure to find new entities outside the five viscera and the philosophical proposition of ‘water makes all creatures’ jointly dominated the construction of ‘right kidney of vital-gate theory’,and laid a ‘seed’ for the struggle of kidney and vital-gate theory.④Yuan(original) qi rooted in vital-gate theory(right kidney),but as a derivative of ‘right kidney of vital-gate theory’, ‘the flowing qi between kidneys’, ‘its qi connects with the kidney’ further blurred the border between the congenital right kidney(vital-gate) and the acquired left kidney.⑤The vital-gate theory is the congenital viscera. Different from the acquired viscera, there is no specific correspondence between the exterior and interior viscera, meridians and collaterals, and the Xing-Qiao-Zhi-Ye. It is pointed out that the key to the revival and development of the vital-gate theory lies in the thorough separation of vital-gate and kidney, with vital-gate as the congenital and kidney as the acquired.
