摘　　要：阴伏,血郁久化热,瘀热互结,内伏血分。皮肤病多因日久而“久病入络”,症状各有不同,但共同的病机是“阴伏”,阴伏之下产生虚火。“火郁发之”,源自《黄帝内经》时代的经典治法,使得伏于血分的虚火有出路,瘀去病退。因此,文章以“阴伏”病机入手,日久化热与火郁发之达成了病因病机与治疗的一致,从整体观念来看,辨治皮肤病一定要内外兼治,借助内科治疗思路,探索中医治疗以瘙痒为主的皮肤病新策略。且临床不良反应少,有利于提高疗效。Pathogenesis of‘yin fu’,stagnation of blood for a long time to transform heat,stasis and heat are mutually knotted,and blood is contained within.Patients with skin diseases often suffer from chronic illness and enter the collaterals for a long time.The symptoms are different.However,the common pathogenesis is‘yin fu’,which produces virtual fire under the environment,dissipate excessive stagnation of fire',which originated from the classic treatment method of the Huangdi Neijing,allows the virtual fire that lies in the blood to have a way out,and the blood stasis is eliminated and the disease is gone.Therefore,the article starts with the pathogenesis of‘yin fu’,and the long-lasting heat and fire depression have reached the same cause,pathogenesis and treatment.From the perspective of the overall concept,the diagnosis and treatment of skin diseases must be treated both internally and externally.With the help of internal medicine treatment ideas,new strategies for the treatment of skin diseases mainly based on pruritus in traditional Chinese medicine are explored.The clinical side effects are small,which is beneficial to improve the efficacy.
