摘 要:目的:编制护理硕士专业学位研究生教育过程质量评价量表,并进行信效度检验。方法:以学生发展理论为框架,通过文献研究、半结构化访谈、德尔菲专家函询形成初始量表。选取13个省份157名护理硕士专业学位研究生进行问卷调查。结果:共进行了2轮专家函询,2轮函询专家积极系数分别为92.31%、100.00%,专家权威系数分别为0.817,0.825。第2轮专家协调系数为0.456~0.537(均P<0.05)。最终形成的护理硕士专业学位研究生教育过程质量评价量表包括管理与服务、导师支持、课程与教学、课程学习参与4个维度,共44个条目。量表总Cronbach'sα系数为0.976,各维度Cronbach'sα系数分别为0.916,0.959,0.924,0.885;量表总折半信度为0.918,各维度折半信度为0.942,0.930,0.904,0.861。探索性因子分析共提取特征根>1的公因子4个,总累计方差贡献率为67.106%。结论:编制的护理硕士专业学位研究生教育过程质量评价量表具有较高的信效度,可作为评估护理硕士专业学位研究生教育过程质量的可靠工具。Objective:To develop quality evaluation scale of education process for master of nursing specialist postgraduates,and to test its reliability and validity.Methods:Based on the theoretical framework of student development theory,the initial scale was formed through literature research,semi⁃structured interview and Delphi method.Questionnaire survey was conducted among 157 third⁃grade graduate master of nursing specialists from 13 provinces.Results:Two rounds of expert letter consultation were conducted.The positive coefficients of the two rounds of expert consultation were 92.31%,100.00%,respectively,the expert authority coefficients were 0.817 and 0.825,respectively.And the Kendall's W coefficients of second round ranged 0.456 to 0.537,which were statistically significant(P<0.05).The final scale included 4 dimensions:management and service,tutor support,curriculum and teaching,and curriculum learning participation,involving 44 items.The total Cronbach'sαcoefficient of the scale was 0.976,and the Cronbach'sαcoefficient of each dimension were 0.916,0.959,0.924 and 0.885.Spearman⁃Brown of the scale was 0.918,and Spearman-Brown of each dimension were 0.942,0.930,0.904 and 0.861.Exploratory factor analysis extracted 4 common factors with eigenvalue>1,and the total cumulative variance contribution rate was 67.106%.Conclusions:The quality evaluation scale of education process for master of nursing specialist postgraduates had high reliability and validity,and which could be used as a reliable tool for assessing the quality of educational process for master of nursing specialist postgraduates.
