摘 要:通过管理咨询项目的多案例研究,从管理学的辩证理论视角探讨了管理咨询项目创新过程中供方如何与需求方实现价值共创的过程问题。首先,研究发现了管理创新的价值共创实现过程呈现“价值对接—价值创造—价值共创”的动态演化特征,这一过程由不同阶段变化的场景问题驱动,资源拼凑与行动学习在其中扮演了重要角色;其次,研究讨论了价值共创实现的辩证过程:管理创新中价值共创的实现过程是一个由发散到收敛,生成创新性合成以完成“超越”的“正题-反题-合题”辩证过程;最终,研究打开了管理创新中价值共创如何实现的过程“黑箱”,探索了管理创新情境下价值共创和辩证理论的整合,为相关理论和实践带来启示。Through case studies of management consulting projects,this paper discusses the process of how suppliers and customers achieve value co-creation within the process of management innovation from the perspective of organizational dialectic theory.Firstly,the research finds that the value co-creation process of management innovation is characterized by the dynamic evolution of“value docking-value creation-value co-creation”.This process is driven by the changing scene in different stages,in which resource bricolage and action learning play an important role.Secondly,the dialectical process of value co-creation is studied and discussed:value co-creation in management innovation is a dialectical process from divergence to convergence,generating innovative synthesis to complete“transcendence”.Finally,this paper opens the black box of how to realize value co-creation in management innovation and explores the integration of value co-creation and dialectical theory under the circumstance of management innovation,which brings enlightenment to relevant theories and practices.
