摘　　要：推拿学科人才的基础是推拿手法。手法的优劣直接影响推拿医疗专业的发展和进步。推拿手法学具有很强的技能性、实践性、应用性,其教学质量的高低直接影响手法的优劣。因此,在教学中通过PDCA循环的管理,不断地发现问题、解决问题,建立科学、规范、高质量的教学体系,可以培养更高素质的学生,提高教师水平,教学相长。The foundation of tuina talents is tuina manipulation.The advantages and disadvantages of manipulation directly affect the development and progress of tuina medical profession.Tuina manipulation has strong skills,practicality and applicability,and its teaching quality directly affects the quality of manipulation.Therefore,through the PDCA cycle management in teaching,we can constantly find and solve problems,and establish a scientific,standardized and high-quality teaching system,which can cultivate more high-quality students and improve the level of teachers.
