摘 要:目的:探讨病例推演教学法在骨科实习医师临床思维培训中的应用效果。方法:将在我院骨科实习的60名实习医师随机分为病例推演教学组和传统教学组,各30名。比较两组的教学效果。结果:病例推演教学组的客观成绩、主观成绩及总考核成绩均明显高于传统教学组(P<0.05),病例推演教学组实习医师的问卷结果提示本组老师所应用的教学方法对学习兴趣、临床思维能力、临床参与度、学习主动性、授课方式满意度高于传统教学组(P<0.05)。结论:病例推演教学法应用在骨科实习教学中,有助于提高实习医师对骨科疾病的理解和掌握及临床思维能力的建立,值得推广。Objective:To investigate the application effect of case deduction teaching method in the clinical thinking training of orthopedic interns.Methods:60 intern-students were randomly divided into the case deduction teaching group and the traditional teaching group,30 in each group.The teaching effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The objective score,subjective score and total assessment score of the case deduction teaching group were significantly higher than those of the traditional teaching group(P<0.05).The questionnaire results of the interns in the case deduction teaching group showed that the teaching methods used by the teachers in this group were higher than those of the traditional teaching group in learning interest,clinical thinking ability,clinical participation,learning initiative and teaching methods(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of case deduction teaching method in orthopedic practice teaching is helpful to improve interns'understanding and mastery of orthopedic diseases and the establishment of clinical thinking ability,which is worthy of promotion.
