摘  要:随着新医科建设的实施,护理学作为新医科改革的重要组成部分,“护教协同”人才培养模式被越来越多的高等院校重视。新的人才培养理念的提出,推动了师资培养的新一轮改革。而随着我国高等教育的不断发展,未来护理学本科学生将成为护士的主体,因此,本研究通过从分析高等院校护理学本科师资培养面临的挑战,探索和创新新时期基于护教协同的护理学本科教师教学能力的提升路径,并以我校为例列举自一流本科建设和实施基于护教协同的护理学本科教师教学能力提升路径以来,我校师资培养取得的突出成效,以期为相关部门提供参考借鉴。With the implementation of the new medical department,nursing is an important part of the new medical department reform,and more and more colleges and universities pay attention to the talent training model of"collaboration of nursing and education".The new concept of talent training has promoted a new round of reforms in teacher training.With the continuous development of higher education in our country,nursing undergraduate students will become the main body of nurses in the future.Therefore,this study explores and innovates the new era based on nursing and teaching synergy by analyzing the challenges faced by nursing undergraduate teachers in colleges and universities.The path to improve the teaching ability of nursing undergraduate teachers,and take our school as an example to list the outstanding achievements of our school's teacher training since the first-class undergraduate construction and the implementation of the teaching ability improvement path of nursing undergraduate teachers based on nursing and teaching collaboration.Departments provide references.
