摘  要:目的探讨初中生心理弹性的影响因素。方法采用分层整群随机抽样法,以新乡市第二中学和新乡市第九中学为整群分层抽样对象,在每所学校的每个年级中随机抽取2~3个班,共抽取16个班682名被试。采用一般资料问卷、青少年心理弹性量表测量初中生心理弹性水平,并分析初中生心理弹性的影响因素。结果初中生心理弹性总分为98.57±15.92。男生的情绪控制、个人力因子得分高于女生(P<0.05),人际协助、支持力因子得分低于女生(P<0.05);男生的目标专注、积极认知、家庭支持因子得分与女生比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。独生子女初中生的积极认知和个人力因子的得分高于非独生子女(P<0.05)。班干部目标专注、情绪控制、积极认知、人际协助、个人力、支持力因子的得分及心理弹性总分均高于非班干部(P<0.05);不同年龄初中生的目标专注、家庭支持、个人力因子得分及心理弹性总分比较差异有统计意义(P<0.05)。不同年级初中生目标专注、情绪控制、家庭支持、人际协助、个人力、支持力因子得分及心理弹性总分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不同学习成绩初中生心理弹性各因子得分及总分比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。家庭经济状况较好的初中生在目标专注、情绪控制、人际协助、个人力、支持力因子得分及心理弹性总分高于家庭经济状况较差者(P<0.05)。不同生长地初中生心理弹性各因子得分及总分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。Spearman相关分析结果显示,心理弹性总分与初中生的年龄、年级、是否为班干部、在班中成绩、家庭经济状况相关(r=-0.123、-0.142、-0.178、-0.161、0.132,P<0.05)。多因素线性回归结果发现,是否为班干部、家庭经济状况、学习成绩是影响初中生心理弹性的因素(P<0.05)。结论初中生心理弹性总体状况良好,在心理弹性总分上,男女生Objective To explore the influencing factors of psychological resilience in junior high school students.Methods The Xinxiang NO.2 Middle School and the Xinxiang NO.9 Middle School were selected as the objects of cluster stratification sampling.Two to three classes were randomly selected from each grade in each school by stratified cluster random sampling method.A total of 682 students from sixteen classes were selected.The psychological resilience level of junior middle school students was measured by general data questionnaire and the resilience scale for Chinese adolescents,and the influencing factors of psychological resiliencein of junior high school students were analyzed.Results The total psychological resilience score of junior middle school students was 98.57±15.92,which was above the average level.The scores of emotional control and individual power in schoolboys were higher than those in schoolgirls(P<0.05);the scores of interpersonal assist and support power in schoolboys were lower than those in schoolgirls(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the scores of goal concentration,positive cognition and family support between schoolboys and schoolgirls(P>0.05).The scores of positive cognition and individual power of only child junior middle school students was higher than those of non-only child junior middle school students(P<0.05).The scores of goal concentration,emotional control,positive cognition,interpersonal assistance,individual power,support factor and total psychological resilience of class cadres were higher than those of non-class cadres(P<0.05).There were statistically significant differences in goal concentration,family support,individual power scores and total psychological resilience scores among junior high school students with different ages(P<0.05).There were statistically significant differences in the scores of goal concentration,emotional control,family support,interpersonal assistance,individual power,support and total psychological resilience among junior high school stud
