摘　　要：课程思政是落实立德树人根本任务的重要途径。生物化学课程是从事生命科学相关专业的基本语言,是认识、利用和改造生物的重要途径,课程教学效果直接影响学生的专业能力。本文通过分析生物化学课程思政的必要性,重点探讨思政教学内容体系的构建及其实施策略,使专业教育和思政教育同向同行,实现强化知识、加强思政教育的目的,并为相关学科的课程思政教学改革提供参考。Ideological and political education is an important way to realize the fundamental task of morality education. The Biochemistry course is the basic language of life sciences major and is an important way to understand, apply and transform biology. The teaching effect of the course directly affects the professional ability of students. This paper analyzes the necessity of ideological and political education in Biochemistry course, and focuses on the construction of the course ideological and political teaching system and its implementation strategies. Therefore, professional education and ideological and political education can go hand in hand, achieve the purpose of consolidating professional knowledge and strengthening ideological and political education, and provide a reference for the reform of ideological and political education in related disciplines.
