摘  要:目的分析人文素质教育融入以问题为导向的教学法(problem based learning,PBL)教学法用于妇产科住院规范化医师培训中的效果。方法选取2019年2月—2022年2月在湖南省郴州市第一人民医院妇产科住培基地进行住院医师规范化培训的50名住培医师作为研究对象,按照随机数表法随机分为对照组和研究组,各25名,分别采用传统教学模式和人文素质教育融合PBL教学模式进行临床教学,对比两组培训效果。结果①研究组住院规培医师的理论知识掌握情况和临床思维能力评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意(P<0.05);②研究组住院规培医师的自主学习能力、语言沟通能力、临床应变能力、团队合作能力各方面的评分和总评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意(P<0.05)。结论妇产科住院规范化医生培训期间采用人文素质教育融合PBL教学法有助于提高住院规培医师的临床综合能力,同时可以有效地提高自主学习能力、应变能力、语言沟通能力和团队合作精神,效果确切。Objective To analyze the effect of integrating humanistic quality education into problem based learning(PBL)in the training of resident standardized physicians in obstetrics and gynecology.Methods 50 resident physicians who received standardized training for resident physicians in the obstetrics and gynecology residential training base of the First People's Hospital of Chenzhou City in Hunan Province from February 2019 to February 2022 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were randomly divided into the control group and the research group,25 resident physicians in each group.The traditional teaching mode and humanistic quality education combined with PBL teaching mode were used for clinical teaching.The training effects of the two groups were compared.Results 1.The theoretical knowledge mastery and the clinical thinking ability of the residents in the research group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.The scores and total scores of the independent learning ability,language communication ability,clinical adaptability,and teamwork ability of the residents in the research group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of humanistic quality education combined with PBL teaching method during the resident standardized doctor training in the obstetrics and gynecology department can help improve the clinical comprehensive ability of the resident standardized doctor,and can effectively improve the independent learning ability,adaptability,language communication ability and teamwork spirit.The effect is exact.
