摘  要:目的探讨以问题为导向的教学(PBL)联合案例教学法(CBL)在解剖课程难点—神经系统中的应用意义和效果。方法选取2020年2月—2021年2月在河南科技大学学习的2019级临床医学专业学生460名。对照组在2020年2—6月由解剖学教研室老师进行以问题为导向的教学(PBL);案例组在2020年10月—2021年2月由临床神经外科医师在PBL教学中引入神经系统疾病案例学习(PBL+CBL)。对比两组医学生神经系统单元测试成绩和教学满意度评分。结果案例组的单元测试成绩高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);案例组的教学满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在PBL教学中引入疾病案例(PBL+CBL联合教学),学生成绩明显更好,有助于帮助学生克服畏难情绪,激发学生的学习兴趣,提高教学满意度。Objective To explore the application significance and effect of PBL combined with CBL(PBL+CBL)in the nervous system,which is the difficult point of anatomy course.Methods A total of 460 students majoring in clinical medicine in 2019 who studied at the Henan University of Science and Technology from February 2020 to February 2021 were selected.The control group was given problem-oriented teaching(PBL)by the teachers of the anatomy teaching and research department from February to June 2020;the case group was introduced by clinical neurosurgeons in the PBL teaching from October 2020 to February 2021.Systemic Disease Case Study(PBL+CBL).The neurological unit test scores and teaching satisfaction scores of the two groups of medical students were compared.Results The unit test scores of the case group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the teaching satisfaction of the case group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Introducing disease cases(PBL+CBL joint teaching)in PBL teaching,obviously students'performance is better,helping students to overcome their fear of difficulties,stimulating students'interest in learning,and improving teaching satisfaction.
