摘 要:高校辅导员的身份建构关系着辅导员个人职业生涯的发展和辅导员队伍的专业化和职业化建设,而教育情怀是其身份建构的道德内化之路和坚守教育生命的精神支撑。本研究以八位优秀辅导员的教育经历为研究样本,通过解释现象学分析方法,从教育理想与个体学习,辅导员身份建构的情感选择;学生、家长和同事认可,辅导员身份建构的情感体验;自我调适与选择,辅导员身份建构的情感关怀这三个方面探究高校辅导员身份建构过程中的教育情怀影响因素,并从微观路径,个人提升;中介路径,主动学习;宏观路径,营造良好社会和学校环境这三个方面提出在身份建构过程中培养辅导员教育情怀的实践路径。The construction of college counselors′identity is related to the development of their personal career and the construction of the counselors′team in terms of specialization and professionalism,while the educational feelings are the moral internalization of their identity construction and the spiritual support of their adherence to educational life.Taking the educational experience of eight excellent counselors as the research sample,and using the method of phenomenological analysis,this study explored the influencing factors of educational feelings in the identity construction of college counselors from three perspectives including the educational ideal and individual learning in terms of the emotional choice of counselor identity construction,recognition of students,parents and colleagues in terms of the emotional experience of counselor identity construction,and self-adjustment and selection in terms of the emotional care of counselor identity construction,and then put forward the practical path of cultivating counselors′educational feelings in the process of identity construction from three aspects including the micro path,or rather,the personal improvement,the intermediary path,or rather,the active learning,and the macro path,or rather,the creation of a good social and school environment.
