摘　　要：跨省异地就医需求日益增大,异地就医医保联网结算已经成为社会及参保人关注的民生焦点。如何快速适应人民群众对于跨省异地就医医保联网结算的需求,推进各级医保经办机构和各级基层医疗机构,进一步完善跨省异地就医医保联网结算的政策制度、管理机制、工作流程、信息技术等各方面策略,合理评估各级医保经办机构和各级基层医疗机构在异地联网结算实际运行中的常见问题并提出对策建议,对进一步推进异地联网结算具有十分重要的实际应用价值。The demand for medical treatment in different places across provinces is increasing day by day,and the online settlement of medical insurance for medical treatment in different places has become the focus of people's livelihood that the society and the insured pay great attention to.How to quickly adapt to the needs of the people for inter-provincial and remote medical insurance network settlement,promote medical insurance agencies at all levels and grass-roots medical institutions at all levels,further improve the policy system,management mechanism,work flow,information technology and other strategies of cross-provincial and remote medical insurance network settlement,reasonably evaluate the common problems in the actual operation of off-site network settlement of medical insurance agencies at all levels and primary medical institutions at all levels,and put forward countermeasures and suggestions,which has very important practical application value to further promote the remote network settlement.
