摘 要:目的分析基于慕课的翻转课堂在外总实验教学中的应用效果。方法选取2020年12月—2022年3月新疆医科大学第二附属医院临床医学专业进入外总外科手术学实验教学中不同年级的本科学生120名,其中传统教学组60名,幕翻教学组60名。传统教学组采用传统教学方法,幕翻教学组采用基于慕课的翻转课堂教学方法,对比两组学生的考试成绩(理论考试、操作技能考试)、教学效果。结果幕翻教学组的理论考试、操作技能考试均高于传统教学组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);幕翻教学组不同意、不确定的比例低于传统教学组,认同比例高于传统教学组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于慕课的翻转课堂在外总实验教学中的应用效果显著,可明显提高学生的考试成绩,且能提升教学效果,值得推广、应用。Objective To analyze the application effect of the flipped classroom based on MOOCs in the experimental teaching of the General Administration of Foreign Affairs.Methods From December 2020 to March 2022,120 undergraduate students of different grades from the clinical medicine major of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University who entered the experimental teaching of general surgery were selected,including 60 undergraduate students in the traditional teaching group and 60 undergraduate students in the screen translation teaching group.The traditional teaching group adopted the traditional teaching method,and the curtain-flipping teaching group adopted the flipped classroom teaching method based on MOOC.The test scores(theory test,operation skills test)and teaching effect of the two groups of students were compared.Results The theory test and operation skills test of the curtain-flip teaching group were higher than those of the traditional teaching group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the teaching effect evaluation.The ratio of disagreement and uncertainty of the curtain-following teaching group was lower than that of the traditional teaching group,and the ratio of approval was higher than that of the traditional teaching group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of the flipped classroom based on MOOC in the experimental teaching of foreign affairs is remarkable,which can significantly improve the students'test scores and improve the teaching effect,which is worthy of promotion and application.
