摘  要:目的探讨问题启发式的教学设计联合随堂测试在儿科用药专题讲座中的应用效果。方法选择西安交通大学医学部2016级、2017级临床医学专业的201名学生作为研究对象,随机分为实验组(采用新式教学法,即基于问题式的教学设计联合随堂测试,共102人)及对照组(采用传统的多媒体PPT形式进行授课,共99人),实习结束后两组均进行出科考试和满意度调查,实验组学生提出对课程的建议。结果实验组的出科考试的3项指标理论成绩[(43.73±6.24)分vs(35.18±8.45)分]、临床思维[(8.13±2.21)vs(6.35±3.70)]、治疗[(8.25±2.19)vs(6.43±3.27)]均显著高于对照组(t值分别为7.203、4.361、4.325,P<0.05)。教学满意度调查好评率(即学习兴趣、临床思维培养、专业知识掌握、自身满意度及教学模式满意度)实验组均显著高于对照组(χ^(2)值分别为7.892、9.786、6.445、9.678、12.674,P<0.05)。实验组学生对课程的建议主要包括:增加课程内容(47.19%)、增加思政元素(31.46%)、增加学科前沿进展(11.26%)、增加视听资源(6.74%)。结论问题启发式的教学设计联合随堂测试在儿科实践教学中效果显著,有利于增强学生的学习兴趣,培养学生的临床思维,提高儿科实践教学的效果和质量,值得推广应用。Objective To explore the application effect of question heuristic instructional design combined with in-class quiz in pediatric medication seminar.Methods A total of 201 students majoring in clinical medicine of Xi′an Jiaotong University Health Science Center from grade 2016 and 2017 were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into the experimental group,(102 students adopting new teaching method,problem-based teaching design combined with in-class quiz)and the control group(99 students adopting traditional multimedia PPT method).At the end of the internship,the two groups were given the exam and the satisfaction survey,and the students in experimental group put forward their suggestions.Results The test scores of the experimental group were[(43.73±6.24)vs(35.18±8.45)],clinical thinking[(8.13±2.21)vs(6.35±3.70)],treatment[(8.25±2.19)vs(6.43±3.27)]were significantly higher than the control group,(t=7.203,4.361 and 4.325,respectively,P<0.05).The satisfaction rates of teaching satisfaction survey(including learning interest,clinical thinking training,professional knowledge mastery,self-satisfaction and teaching mode satisfaction)in experimental group were significantly higher than the control group(χ^(2)=7.892,9.786,6.445,9.678 and 12.674,respectively,P<0.05).The suggestions of the students in experimental group mainly included:add the content of the course(47.19%),add ideological and political contents(31.46%),add the frontier progress of the subject(11.26%),and add audio-visual resources(6.74%).Conclusion Question-heuristic teaching design combined with in-class quiz has remarkable effect in pediatric practice teaching,which is beneficial to enhance interest in study,cultivate clinical thinking,and improve the effect and quality of pediatric practice teaching.It is worthy of popularization and application.
