摘 要:目的探讨本科生妇科学教学中应用以问题为中心的教学(problem-based learning,PBL)方法的成效。方法选取新疆医科大学2017级临床医学专业2个平行班140名学生,2017-1班69名学生为实验组(即PBL教学组);2017-4班71名学生为对照组(传统教学方法)。比较两组学生理论考试成绩和临床技能操作方面以及相关教学评价的问卷调查情况。结果实验组理论考试成绩优于对照组,临床技能操作、学习效率、理解能力以及临床思维、语言表达诸多能力都较对照组高,相比对照组差异均有统计学差异,(P<0.05)。结论PBL教学法应用于本科生妇科学教学中成效性良好,值得在教学中推广应用。Objective To evaluate the advantages of PBL in gynecology teaching.Methods 140 students from two classes of 2016 clinical medicine major in Xinjiang Medical University were selected and divided into two groups.69 students in class 2016-1 are the experimental group(PBL group)and 71 students in class 2016-4 are the control group(traditional teaching methods).Score of theory examination,practical operation and questionnaires of the two groups of patients were evaluated.Results Compared with the traditional teaching method,the PBL group was better than the traditional teaching method in increasing the score of the theory test,promoting learning exercise capacity,deepening the ability of understanding theoretical knowledge,improving the ability of analyzing problems,and cultivating the ability of clinical thinking and language communication.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion PBL teaching method applied to undergraduate gynecology teaching has a good effect,and it is worth popularizing and applying in teaching.
