摘　　要：通过对省内外模具企业进行调研,确定人才培养目标,进行工作任务分析,构建课程体系,制定人才培养方案,设定课程内容,形成产教融合背景下高职模具专业课程标准,提高学生的就业能力和可持续发展能力。Through the investigation of die&mold enterprises inside and outside the province,determine the talent training objectives analyze the work tasks,build the curriculum system formulate the talent training planset the curriculum content,form the curriculum standard of Die&Mold Specialty in Higher Vocational Colleges under the background ofthe integration of industry and education,and improve the employability and sustainable development ability of students.
