摘  要:针对企业对应用型人才能力的需求和学校对学生能力培养之间不匹配的问题,提出了结合学校办学定位,深化校企合作、协同育人,构建了第一课堂和第二课堂相结合的多层次循序渐进式的实践教学体系,并在教学实施时,根据不同层次的教学目标和特点,采取了相应的措施和方法,同时,利用第二课堂贯穿和推动第一课堂相关层次的教学,从而提升实践教学效果。In view of the mismatch between the needs of enterprises’ demand for application-oriented talents and colleges’ ability training for students,it is proposed to deepen college-enterprise cooperation and collaborative education in combination with colleges’ orientation.A multi-level and gradual practical teaching system combining the first classroom and the second classroom is proposed.According to the teaching objectives and characteristics of different levels,corresponding measures and methods are taken during the implementation of teaching.At the same time,the second classroom is used to penetrate and promote the teaching of relevant levels in the first classroom,so as to improve the effect of practical teaching.
