摘  要:为研究十二轴机车的引入对2万吨重载组合列车循环制动过程中纵向冲动的影响,基于纵向动力学理论,建立列车纵向动力学仿真模型,计算在长大下坡道进行循环制动过程中,“八轴机车+八轴机车”、“十二轴机车+八轴机车”和“八轴机车+十二轴机车”3种动力配置下列车的车钩力和纵向加速度,并对比分析不同电制动力作用下该3种动力配置编组列车的纵向冲动差异。结果表明:2万吨重载列车在长大下坡道循环制动时,车钩力会出现拉压转换现象,最大车钩力主要在中部机车及其附近产生;在较大电制动力条件下,与“八轴机车+八轴机车”编组列车相比,“十二轴机车+八轴机车”编组列车在循环制动时产生的最大拉钩力显著减小,而“八轴机车+十二轴机车”编组列车产生的最大拉钩力、最大压钩力和最大纵向加速度均有所增大;3种动力配置编组下,列车循环制动过程中的最大压钩力和纵向加速度均随着电制动力增大而增大,最大拉钩力变化较小。To explore the influence of the introduction of the 12-axle locomotive on the longitudinal impulse of 20,000-ton heavy-haul combined trains during cyclic braking,the longitudinal train dynamic model is established based on the longitudinal dynamic theory,and coupler force and longitudinal acceleration of trains with three power configurations of"8-axle locomotive+8-axle locomotive","12-axle locomotive+8-axle locomotive"and"8-axle locomotive+12-axle locomotive"are analyzed,and the longitudinal impulse results of three trains with different power configuration modes under different dynamic braking forces are compared and analyzed.The results indicate that when the 20000-ton heavy haul trains cyclic braking on a long downhill,the coupler force will change between tension and pressure,and the maximum coupler force mainly occurs in the middle locomotive and its vicinity.And under the condition of large electric braking force,compared with"8-axle locomotive+8-axle locomotive",the maximum tractive coupler force generated by"12-axle locomotive+8-axle locomotive"decreases significantly,while the maximum tractive coupler force,maximum compressive coupler force and maximum longitudinal acceleration generated by"8-axle locomotive+12-axle locomotive"increase.Moreover,under three power configurations,the maximum compressive coupler force and longitudinal acceleration increase with increasing dynamic braking forces,but the maximum tractive coupler force changes little.
