摘 要:目前,人工智能已被逐步应用于教育实践,而教学效果决定了人工智能教育的实践进程。为保障人工智能教育的有序推进,文章以1638位中小学教师为研究对象,从技术认知和教学实践两个层面,采用量化方法分析了人工智能教学效果的影响因素,以及不同性别、学历、教龄、学段、学科教师在教学效果方面的差异化表现。研究发现,影响人工智能教学效果六个因素的效应水平依次为:组织支持>课堂文化>能力感知>价值感知>活动内容>教学设计;不同性别、教龄、学段教师的教学效果存在显著差异,但在学历、学科上的差异表现未达到显著水平。基于研究结果,文章从协同多元力量、关注实践差距、优化设计内容等角度针对人工智能教育实践的开展提出建议,以期科学推动人工智能教育实践,提升人工智能教育的教学效果。Nowadays,artificial intelligence has been gradually applied in the educational practice,and the teaching effect determines the practical process of artificial intelligence education.In order to ensure the orderly advancement of artificial intelligence education,this paper took 1638 primary and secondary school teachers as the research objects,and used quantitative methods to analyze the influencing factors of the teaching effect of artificial intelligence and teachers’differentiated performance in different genders,education backgrounds,teaching ages,school periods and subjects,from the two perspectives of technology cognition and teaching practice.It was found that the six factors influencing artificial intelligence teaching effect,when listed from high to low according to their effect levels,were organizational support,classroom culture,ability perception,value perception,activity content and teaching design.The teachers’teaching effects in different genders,teaching ages,and school periods showed significant differences.However,this differences in academic qualifications and subjects did not reach a significant level.Based on the research results,this paper put forward suggestions for the development of artificial intelligence practice education from the perspectives of coordinating multiple forces,paying attention to practice gaps,and optimizing design content,in order to scientifically promote artificial intelligence education practice and improve the teaching effect of artificial intelligence education.
