不对等现象在英美文学作品翻译中的体现

摘　　要：在英美文学翻译过程中,不对等现象是一种普遍现象,翻译要综合考虑不同国家的文化环境、语言特点以及民情风俗的差异,才能准确真实地传达文本意义。作者从英美文学作品翻译的概念内涵出发,探讨了基于文化背景差异和符号象征意义上的不对等现象,提出翻译中应对不对等现象的有效策略,以期能对英美文学翻译提供参考和借鉴。The unequivalence is the most confused problem in the process of the translation of British and American literary works.Therefore, the translators should take the factors of different cultural background, language characteristics and country customs into consideration when translating. This paper deeply analyzes the conceptual connotation of translations of British and American literary works, discusses the phenomenon of unequivalnce based on cultural background and symbolic meanings, and puts forward the author’s own ideas on the phenomenon of unequivalence.
