高校酒店管理专业形体礼仪课程教学改革研究——以遵义师范学院为例

摘　　要：近年来,随着我国酒店业的不断发展,对人才的需求日益增长,这就要求高校为酒店业及相关行业培养出更多更好的拥有高水准职业素养和综合能力的人才。形体礼仪课程对高校酒店管理专业人才培养起着重要作用,作者以遵义师范学院酒店管理专业已毕业和未毕业的学生为研究对象,运用问卷调查法、文献资料法等方法,梳理国内形体礼仪课程的教学现状,分析形体礼仪课程教学存在的不足,进而提出形体礼仪课程教学改革策略以适应酒店业及相关行业的需求。In recent years, with the continuous development of China’s hotel industry, the demand for talents is growing, which requires to cultivate more and better talents with high-level professional quality and comprehensive ability for the hotel industry and related industries. The physique etiquette course plays an important role in the training of hotel management professionals in universities. The author takes the graduates and non-graduates of hotel management major of Zunyi Normal University as the research object, and uses the methods of questionnaire and literature to comb the current teaching situation of physique etiquette course, to analyze the shortcomings of physique etiquette course teaching, and then to put forward the teaching reform strategy of physique etiquette course to meet the needs of the hotel industry and related industries.
