摘  要:目的:探讨不同校园足球后备人才培养模式下初中生锻炼动机、锻炼坚持和社会适应的特征,以及锻炼动机如何通过锻炼坚持影响社会适应。方法:使用锻炼动机量表、锻炼坚持量表和社会适应量表,对308名校队培养模式和232名足球班培养模式下的初中生,以及284名普通学生进行调查;使用SPSS 23.0进行以训练时间为协变量的组别×性别二因素方差分析,使用AMOS 20.0进行中介效应分析。结果:1)在校队培养模式和足球班培养模式下,学生均表现出了较高的锻炼动机和锻炼坚持水平,但足球班培养模式下学生表现出了更高的社会适应水平;2)在不同培养模式下,锻炼坚持均能够预测社会适应,预测能力随运动水平提高而减弱;3)在足球班培养模式下,锻炼坚持在锻炼动机和社会适应间起着部分中介作用,在校队模式下起到完全中介作用。结论:注重学生全面发展的足球班培养模式,能够通过更为多元的路径提升学生的社会适应,在培养高质量足球后备人才方面更具优势。Objective:To explore the characteristics of exercise motivation,exercise adherence and social adaptation of middle school students in different training modes of campus football,and how exercise motivation affects social adaptation through exercise adherence.Methods:Investigating 308 football team students,232 football class students and 284 normal middle school students by exercise motivation scale,exercise adherence scale and social adaptation scale.The study used SPSS 23.0 to do the Two-Way ANOVA(group×gender)with training time as covariate and did the mediating effect analysis by AMOS 20.0.Results:1)Students in football class and football team both showed a higher level of exercise motivation and adherence,but the former showed a better level of social adaptation;2)in different training modes,exercise adherence can both predict social adaptation,but the predictive ability weakened by the improvement of skill level;3)in football class mode,exercise adherence has significant partly mediating effect between exercise motivation and social adaptation.In other modes,exercise adherence has completely mediating effect.Conclusions:The football class mode,which pays attention to the all round development of students,can improve students’social adaptation through more diversified ways and has more advantages in cultivating high-quality football reserve talents.
