思政课教师“政治要强”的基本规定性与培养路径

摘　　要：思政课肩负着立德树人的政治使命,思政课的政治属性和政治引导功能,都内在规定思政课教师“政治要强”。坚定的政治信仰、坚韧的政治定力、严明的政治纪律和坚决的政治担当构成思政课教师“政治要强”的基本要素。各要素相辅相成、辩证统一,动态发展、其综合功能的实现来自思政课教师自觉的职业认同和政治使命感,更需要同步推进马克思主义理论学科建设、思政课教师队伍专业化建设、高校基层党组织政治建设和思政课教学管理考核评价体系建设。Ideological and political courses shoulder the political mission of building morality and educating people.The political attribute and guidance function of ideological and political courses basically stipulate that the teachers of the course should be equipped with“high political competencies”,which are composed of such basic elements as firm political belief,strong political determination,strict political discipline and resolute political responsibility.All factors complement each other and develop dynamically with a dialectical unity relation,and the realization of their integrated function requires the teachers’inner professional identity and political commitment.In addition,it is essential to promote the construction of Marxism theory discipline,the construction of the professional teaching team,the political construction of grass-roots party organizations in colleges and universities,and the construction of the relevant teaching management and evaluation system as well.
