摘　　要：在高等课程教育深入改革背景下,河北省体育院系足球专项课程教学改革取得了显著成效,且足球专项课教学和技能型人才培养在政策推动下迎来新的发展机遇。然而在体教融合背景下,河北省体育院系足球专项课技能型人才培养工作面临很多问题。基于此,该文主要分析体教融合的概述,探究体教融合背景下河北省体育院系足球专项课技能型人才培养问题,即足球专项课技能型人才培养重视不足,人才培养缺少科学性,校企合作效果不够理想以及未能发挥校园足球竞赛的人才培养功能等。并提出重视足球专项课技能型人才培养,促进技能型人才培养方式的改革,加强足球专项课教学的协同合作,发挥校园足球竞赛培养人才作用等策略。Under the background of the in-depth reform of higher curriculum education,the teaching reform of football special course in sports colleges and departments of Hebei Province has achieved remarkable results,and the teaching of football special course and the training of skilled talents usher in new opportunities under the promotion of policies.However,in the context of the integration of sports and education,there are still many problems in the training of skilled talents in football special courses in Hebei sports colleges and departments.Based on this,this paper mainly analyzes the overview of the integration of sports and education,and explores the cultivation of skilled talents in football special courses in Hebei sports colleges and departments under the background of the integration of sports and education,that is,the lack of attention to the cultivation of skilled talents in football special courses,the lack of scientificity of talent cultivation,the unsatisfactory effect of school enterprise cooperation,and the failure to give play to the talent cultivation function of campus football competitions.Finally,it puts forward some strategies,such as paying attention to the cultivation of skilled talents in football special courses,promoting the reform of the cultivation mode of skilled talents,strengthening the cooperation of football special courses teaching,and giving full play to the role of campus football competition in cultivating talents.
