摘  要:目的 建立GC法同时测定川芎茶调散、川芎茶调丸、川芎茶调颗粒(川芎、白芷、羌活等)中α-蒎烯、β-蒎烯、柠檬烯、薄荷酮、薄荷脑、胡薄荷酮、胡椒酮、藁本内酯的含量。方法 3种药物乙酸乙酯提取物的分析采用DB-5弹性石英毛细管柱(30 m×0.32 mm×0.25μm);载气氮气;进样口温度200℃;分流比10∶1;FID检测器温度250℃;程序升温。结果 8种挥发性成分在各自范围内线性关系良好(r>0.999 0),平均加样回收率95.87%~98.74%,RSD 0.93%~2.84%。结论 该方法简便准确,专属性好,可用于3种川芎茶调制剂的质量控制。AIM To establish a GC method for the simultaneous content determination of α-pinene, β-pinene, limonene, menthone, menthol, pulegone, piperitone and ligustilide in Chuanxiong Chatiao Powder, Chuanxiong Chatiao Pills and Chuanxiong Chatiao Granules(Chuanxiong Rhizoma, Angelicae dahuricae Radix, Notopterygii Rhizoma et Radix, etc.).METHODS The analysis of ethyl acetate extracts of three drugs was performed on DB-5 quartz capillary column(30 m×0.32 mm×0.25 μm), with nitrogen as carrier gas, 200 ℃ for injector temperature, 10∶1 for split ratio, 250 ℃ for FID temperature, and programmed temperature was adopted. RESULTS Eight volatile constituents showed good linear relationships within their own ranges(r>0.999 0), whose average recoveries were 95.87%-98.74% with the RSDs of 0.93%-2.84%.CONCLUSIONThis simple, accurate and specific method can be used for the quality control of three Chuanxiong Chatiao preparations.
