摘 要:分析江香薷籽挥发油及脂肪酸化学成分,并研究江香薷籽脂肪油体外抗氧化活性。江香薷籽挥发油通过水蒸气蒸馏法获取,且其化学成分通过GC-MS进行分析与鉴定并获得离子流图;用有机溶剂浸提法提取脂肪,将提出的脂肪甲酯化,并通过GC毛细管柱来测定脂类中脂肪酸组成。利用峰面积归一化法测定其化学成分的相对百分含量,统计数据后进行分析;采用2-联氮-二-(3-乙基-苯并噻唑-6-磺酸)二铵盐(ABTS)和二苯基-2-三硝基苯肼(1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl,DPPH)试验评价江香薷籽脂肪油体外抗氧化活性。结果:江香薷籽挥发油中鉴别出31种化学成分,其中萜类化合物种类与含量最高;江香薷籽油脂肪酸鉴别出7种化学物质,其中α-亚麻酸含量高达67.34%;江香薷籽油具有一定的体外抗氧化能力,且随着油浓度增加,DPPH清除率也增加。结论:江香薷籽具有一定的药用价值和较高的营养价值,可更深入地研究与挖掘。The purpose of this study was to analyze the chemical components of volatile oil and fatty acid from Mosla chinensis seeds,and to study the antioxidant activity from the seeds of Mosla chinensis in vitro.The volatile oil from Mosla chinensis seeds was extracted by the method of water vapor distillation and its chemical components was identified by gas-chromatography coupled with mass spectrometry(GC-MS).Fatty acid was extracted by organic solvent extraction and its fatty acid composition was determined by GC capillary column of 100 m×0.25 mm.The relative percentage content of chemical components was determined by peak area normalization method and analyzed after statistical data.ABTS and DPPH tests were applied to measure the antioxidant activity of the fat oil from Mosla chinensis seeds.Total 31 compounds were identified in volatile oil,the species and content of terpenoids are the highest.Total 7 compounds were identified in fatty acid,the content of linolenic acid is as high as 67.34%.The oil from the seeds of Mosla chinensis have antioxidant capacity in vitro,and DPPH scavenging rate increased with the increase of oil concentration.These results suggested the seeds of Mosla chinensis have medicinal value and high nutritional value,which can be further studied and excavated.
