摘 要:习近平总书记有关劳动教育的重要论述,为新时代高职院校高素质高技术技能人才的培养注入了新内涵。劳动教育的目的是帮助学生培育积极的劳动态度、形成正确的劳动价值观、培养优良的劳动品德、掌握必备的劳动知识和技能等。高职教育着力培养高素质技术技能人才,劳动教育是涵育学生职业素养的根基和实现人才培养目标的内在需要。以课堂教学为主渠道落实、以综合测评为抓手落细、以社会实践为延伸落地是高职院校实施劳动教育的三个途径。General Secretary Xi Jinping's important exposition on labor education has injected new connotation into the cultivation of high-quality technical and skillful talents in higher vocational colleges in the new era.The purpose of labor education is to help students cultivate positive labor attitude,form correct labor values,cultivate excellent labor morality,and master necessary labor knowledge and skills,etc.Higher vocation education is specialized in cultivating high-quality technical and skillful talents,and labor education is the foundation of cultivating their professional quality and the internal need to realize the goal of cultivation.Three ways to implement labor education in higher vocational colleges are proposed,namely to take classroom teaching as the main channel,comprehensive evaluation as the starting point,and social practice as the extension.
