基于产教融合的高职专业创业工作室育人模式探究--以义乌工商职业技术学院为例

摘　　要：为提升人才培养质量,义乌工商职业技术学院基于产教融合理念,在教学中对专业创业工作室模式进行了积极探索。在阐述专业创业工作室成立意义的基础上,分析当前高职创业教育育人模式存在的问题,并从组织架构、师资引育、教学形式、课程内容、考核机制等方面对其育人模式进行探讨,并就其成效与不足进行分析,以期为高职创业教育的开展提供借鉴。To improve the quality of talent training,Yiwu Industrial&Commercial College has actively explored the possibility of establishing a professional entrepreneurship studio based on the idea of integrating education with production.This paper explains the significance of such a move,points out the problems with the entrepreneurial education modes currently adopted by vocational colleges and then makes suggestions on how to improve the quality of entrepreneurial education for vocational college students from the aspects of organizational structure,recruitment and training of faculty,teaching mode,curriculum content and performance evaluation.
