Teaching Personal and Social Responsibility Model(TPSR)is an innovative physical education curriculum model. Its core connotation is“five levels of responsibility”.Through five levels of progressive goals,it integrates physical activities with moral education. This model is consistent with the educational concepts of paying attention to the integration of multiple fields, learning in games, cultivating good learning quality and giving full play to the diversified role of sports activities in the development of preschool education in China. It has been proved to be theoretically feasible. However,in practical application, there are still three difficulties:it is difficult to transfer autonomy,it is difficult to establish activity confidence and it is difficult to take children as the center of the teaching method. Therefore, the author puts forward several specific countermeasures and establishes a“plan implementation evaluation”application model suitable for the situation of kindergartens in China,in order to help kindergartens smoothly implement the TPSR model in sports activities and improve some disadvantages of traditional physical education, establish a more sustainable sports model.
