摘　　要：本文介绍了北京科技大学数学学科优秀教学团队的建设思路:首先创立“听课助课—授课督导—教学研讨—能力提升—思想凝练”五阶段优质师资培养模式,并以青教赛为牵引,全面培养青年教师教学基本功和教学创新能力,同时,做好教学研究和课程建设也是优秀教学团队建设的必要条件。实践证明,只有做好教学团队建设,才能培养出优秀的教师团队,才能建设优质的教学资源,才能更好地服务于一流本科教学。This article introduces the ideas for the construction of an excellent teaching team.First,establish a five-stage high-quality teacher training model of"teaching assistance-teaching supervision-teaching seminars-ability improvement-thinking condensing",and use the teaching competition as a guide to comprehensively train young teachers’basic teaching skills and teaching innovation ability;at the same time,doing a good job in teaching research and curriculum construction is also a necessary condition for the construction of an excellent teaching team.Practice has proved that only by building a good teaching team can we cultivate an excellent team of teachers,build high-quality teaching resources,and better serve first-class undergraduate teaching.
