摘  要:目的了解新入职青年员工的工作满意度和职业规划的关系,探讨如何加强职业规划管理,并为院内培训计划制定提供科学依据。方法以北京市属三甲医院入职超过1年的青年新员工为观察对象,开展半封闭式问卷调查。结果发放问卷1170份,回收答卷1090份。工作满意度为67.89%,工作满意度差异与新员工的性别、年龄、政治面貌、学历及岗位无关(P>0.05)。67.89%的新员工有明确的职业规划,且与其年龄及对工作是否满意之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。92.66%的被调查者愿意参加各项培训。结论医院青年新员工的职业规划与工作满意度相关,需要采用线上培训等新方式有针对性地帮助他们落实职业规划。Objective To analyze the relationship between job satisfaction and career planning and discuss how to strengthen career planning management.Methods The new young employees of tertiary hospitals in Beijing were investigated through semi-closed questionnaire surveys.Results 1170 questionnaires were distributed and 1090(83.49%)were retrieved.Job satisfaction rate was 67.89%,and the difference in job satisfaction had no relationship with their gender,age,political outlook,educational background and position of new employees(P>0.05).67.89%of the new employees had a clear career plan which was statistically related to their age and job satisfaction(P<0.05).92.66%of the respondents were willing to participate in various trainings.Conclusion The job satisfaction of new employees affects their career planning.New methods such as online training need to be adopted to help them implement their career planning.
