摘  要:目的分析云南住院医师规范化培训公共理论远程培训的效果和影响因素,探讨远程培训最优方式,提升远程培训效果。方法于2018年7—10月采取随机整群抽样的方法对云南6家省级住院医师规范化培训基地的541名住培学员进行问卷调查,通过秩和检验和有序多分类的Logistic回归,探讨远程培训的影响因素。结果不超过半数人(244人,46.21%)认为培训效果好;不同性别、不同住培基地、是否每天线上学习、是否有刷课行为对住院医师规范化培训公共理论远程培训效果整体评价差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论云南省住院医师规范化培训公共理论远程培训效果有待提升,建议基地及学员重视公共理论远程培训,减轻学员的压力、重视学员的需求、加强远程培训质量的监管。Objective To analyze the effects and influencing factors of the public theory distance training of stan-dardized training of residents in Yunnan province,to explore the optimal way of distance training,and to improve the effect of public theory distance training in standardized training of residents.Methods A stratified random sampling method was adopted for 6 Yunnan provinces.A questionnaire survey was conducted among standardized training of resident doctors for grade-level residents,and SPSS software was used for statistical analysis.Results Only 244 students(46.21%)thought that the training effect was good,266(50.37%)thought that the training effect was good,and 18(3.41%)thought that the training effect was bad.The rank-sum test results showed that there were statistically significant differences between different genders,residential training bases,daily online learning,and class brushing behaviors in the overall evaluation of the effect of remote training on public theory of standardized training of residents(P<0.05).The Logistic regression results of ordered multiple classifications showed that the factors affecting the effect of public theory training in Yunnan residential training were gender,residential training base,online learning every day,and class brushing behavior.Conclusion The effect of public theoretical remote standardized training of residents in Yunnan province needs to be improved.It is recommended that bases and students pay attention to public theoretical remote training,reduce the pressure of students,pay attention to the needs of students,and strengthen the supervision of remote training quality.
