摘  要:针对汽车在多类型隧道路段行驶时,部分司机违章超速行驶的现状,提出一种基于车牌识别的隧道限速装置,用于监测隧道路段车辆的超速情况。首先在隧道出入口各布置一台相机捕捉进出车辆的车牌图像,对采集得到的车牌图像进行改进的灰度变换预处理,再利用Prewitt算子对预处理后的图像进行边缘检测,采用otsu阈值分割算法将目标区域从图像中分割出来,最后进行特征提取从而识别车牌。在车辆进出隧道时记录时间,利用速度平均值与限速值进行比对,最终判断汽车是否超速。仿真试验在MATLAB进行,试验证明,该装置能够准确判断车辆在隧道内的超速情况,对隧道限速监测具有重要意义。Aiming at the current situation of some drivers driving illegally and speeding in multiple types of tunnel sections,a tunnel speed limit device based on license plate recognition is proposed to monitor the speeding of vehicles in tunnel sections.First,a camera is arranged at the entrance and exit of the tunnel to capture the license plate image of the vehicle entering and exiting,and the collected license plate image is preprocessed by improved gray scale transformation,and then the Prewitt operator is used to perform edge detection on the preprocessed image,and the otsu threshold is used for segmentation.The algorithm segmented the target area from the image,and finally performed feature extraction to identify the license plate.The time is recorded when the vehicle enters and exits the tunnel,and the average speed is compared with the speed limit value to finally determine whether the vehicle is speeding.The simulation test is carried out in MATLAB,and the test proves that the device can accurately judge the speeding situation of the vehicle in the tunnel,which is of great significance to the monitoring of the tunnel speed limit.
